    Form- Oil
Function-Meant to be a religious story about judgment.
Content- The woman is dressed in fine clothing.
Context- Painted by Peter Paul Rubens
Tradition-Like all religious art, there is a great deal of symbolism shown.
Interpretation- The women's pose as well as here robe are similar to Mary's.
Artistic intent- All colors are muted except for the artists favorite, those being Gold and blue.
Audience response- This painting was owned by a bookseller named Jacob Dissuis.
