    Form-oil on wood
Function- An illustration of natural objects in a rural setting.
Content- Use of the artists bold and dynamic colors and textures is clearly shown.
Context- During this time, a new art style was formed because the Renaissance was at it's peak and artists began to challenge the norms. Colors became more vibrant and subjects were changed as well.
Change- This piece is less formalized and orderly.
Interpretation- This painting is a parallel to the growth of the Dutch industry and the science of botany.
Artistic intent- The vibrant colors and realism of the piece is meant to make the painting seem more lively.
Audience response- This painting sold for double what rembrandt's paintings sold for.
