    Function- A place of worship
    Content- Interior has muted colors
    Context-The period and style is the Early Italian renaissance
    Tradition-Inspired by Roman triumphant arches
    Interpretation-Shows ideal geometry.
    Artistic intent-Was made to revive the ideas of ancient rome, ex the centrality of the building.
    Audience response- Originally used as a chapter house, a meeting place for monks.

    Function:A burial site for Pazzi family members
    Content: the family coat of arms is placed at the base of each pendentive
    Context: Brunelleschi was the architect
    Tradition: Use of barrel vaulting
    Interpretation:the portico might have been by Bernardo Rossellino
    Artistic Intent: the bench wraps around the interior were meant to provide seating
    Audience Response: Became a piece that was representative of the early Renaissance
