    Content- Exaggerated contrapostto
    Context-Made by Donatello
Change- First free standing nude sculpture, since classical antiquity
Interpretation- David is standing Goliath's sword
Artistic intent- Shows an appreciation for the human body.
Audience response- This city was very important to the city of Florence, because of how Florence viewed David. David represents Florence's defeat of Milan, because Florence was also an underdog.
