    Form marble
Function- Was made on the altar to Athena to worship the Goddess.
Content- Nike is on the right and is crowing Athena in victory.
Context- Found in Pergamon, present day Bergama, Turkey.
Change- This is yet another example of how the Hellenistic Greek period used a strong sense of movement and feeling to create their art, compared to the calm, quiet earlier pieces.
Artistic intent- Made to represent the many victories of the goddess Athena, especially her victory over the giants.
