Form-The original statue may of been made of bronze.
Function-May of been a way to honor Augustus in his lifetime or after his death.
Content- One can tell this is a statue of Augustus due to the part of hair over his left eye and two locks over the right.
    Context- Found in Primaporta, Italy.
Artistic intent- Was meant to be an idealized approach, to represent the Roman emperor in a Godly light.
Tradition- Displays the contrapposto pose seen in a great deal of Greek works.
